Introduction
Manufacturing industries play major roles in modern society. It is so because everything
done today revolves around this business sector. Manufacturing industries have their concept
around transforming raw materials be it inorganic or organic. The transformation process is
favorable for all members of society. Having a couple of manufacturing industries, food
production will be my main manufacturing organization. The organization of choice is the Fuji
food organization. The food production industry is in existence due to the inclusion of
agriculture in modern society. With time, agriculture has changed, making more use of a food
production factory than the organic farm style used a century ago. Acts such as purifying and
canning have made it possible for people to have meals from the farm to the dining table
(Gimenez-Escalante, 2019)

Fuji food organization is a food manufacturer that specializes in producing ready to eat
sushi food products. The company was established in the year 1990, in San Diego. The
ownership of the organization is by the Meruelo group which bought it in 2009. Currently it is
