Introduction
Understanding and managing diversity at the workplace is among the core and fundamental
issues that should be managed successfully for a company or business organization to function
effectively. As postulated by researchers and scholars in business management, many companies
and business enterprises have failed in their ventures due to their inability to handle issues to do

several companies based in the United States of America.

didn’t accept the decision and went further to appeal at the United States Supreme Court case. The
U.S. supreme court declined to hear the case, leaving the verdict made by the lower court in place.
Scholars have identified deontology theory as the central platform in the decision-making
process to support both the United States Supreme Court and the Nevada Lower Court de...
