You should pay a special attention to our pricing strategies. You should also know how our
competitors are charging and raise or lower our prices based on our goals. Decreasing the prices
can increase revenue and enable us for lower margins while raising our prices can also increase
revenue without increasing sales.
We should also be able to change where we sell our products for the significant boost in
our sales and revenue without changing our marketing or pricing. You should also research on the
effects of using online selling, wholesalers, retailers, direct mail, distributors, and also outside sales
representatives to raise sale volumes.
You should also study on how we can add new products and services for exponential
growth. To avoid market saturation we should aim at changing the products we sell to our
customers. We might also be able to replace old products with new ones which might result to
decrease in sales but increase in revenue if the product has a higher price.
We should also look at businesses that don’t compete with us but share with us the target
customers and develop cross-promotions with us. Also, we should be able to partner with charities
to enable them to promote us in their supporters. Social media programs should be built so as to
link with satisfied customers.
