Question Description

my daughter has a 1991 pontiac bonneville and the guy that is working on the car says that the wiring is not connected and that he do not know if the wires touched the computer or something else because the car will not crank.

Hi, sorry for the problem,
This is most likely a break down in the security anti theft aspect of the vehicle. When the computer can't read the keys transponder or chip properly, it goes into anti theft mode and turns off the starter. Check out this link for info and answers. You can fix this yourself.
