Develop and explain the probability and relative frequency of the data you found for each mode of transportation. Compute the relative frequencies to two decimal places. If you need practice computing relative frequency, watch the Unit II Relative Frequency Example video created by the CSU Math Center. Use this data to make a final recommendation of where the mayor and city council should spend their infrastructure/transportation. Your completed report must be at least three pages in length, and you must use your textbook and at least one other academic source. Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, including in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed.

Relative Frequency Analysis for Seatville
Introduction
The development and progress of any city (urban area) depend on transport system.
The movement of people from one point to the other within and outside a city contributes to
the exchange of ideas and business growth within the city. At least 48% of the global
population live in urban areas and the number will likely increase to more than 50% by 2030
(Gourtsilidou, 2020). Currently the number of cities that qualify as megacity click 34 cities
with Tokyo having the highest population of about 37.5 million (Gourtsilidou, 2020). The
main objective of any mayor and city council members is to make their city the best among
its peers or move to the next level. However, this goal is not achievable of the transport sector
does not meet the need of the residents.
The mayor and the council members should base their decisions of expenditure on the
frequency and popularity of the various means of transport within the city. However, the
future position of the city should take centre stage in the decision making process.
Progressive cities grow on daily basis and major cities have run into the problem of limited
space for expansion. The mayor and the council members would not desire a situation in
which a project they spent millions of dollars going to waste due to it being obsolete.
Therefore, the objective of this report is to use relative frequencies to identify the most
popular means of transport in Seatville city. Additionally, make recommendations on which
means should receive more attention of the mayor and city council members.
