Introduction
Affirmative action is the special consideration of a minority group in
distribution of social good. It has mainly been done in the USA for racism, but
experiences varied opinions. The most favored form is the affirmative action that
considers social classes according to polls conducted in the year 2003 (See next
slide for graphs). State of Estates operates in 8 States, and has to ensure fairness
and equality (Kumar, & Somanathan, 2016). This presentation looks into the
forms of affirmative action and how it can be implemented at State of Estates.
Title VII on Racism
➢The legal requirements prohibits segregation and workplace discrimination of
employees on the basis of their race, which includes skin color, facial structure,
or hair texture.
➢It also prohibits segregation and discrimination due to some conditions or
