Description of Leader
The leader I have chosen to conduct an analysis on is one who leads with her held high. I
decided to choose this leader because she is a female, and with all respect to woman, she goes
above and beyond any female I have seen in the industry. The guys on the job around her
whether their roles within the company are under or above her, remain negative that she can’t
conduct her job as a leader as a male does. However, she lets nothing bring her down and she
