Introduction
Different companies and business usually have different strategies and values that enable
them to survive in their business market. Good values and strategies are what enable other
organizations to succeed more than others. A company that has been able to succeed through the
implementation of strategies and values that have enabled it to grow is Walmart Corporation.
The company was started back in 1962 and since then it has only one vision which is to be able

The relationship between its values and strategies is what has enabled it to be able to grow and

company grow. This value is in line with its strategy of market development where the company
wants to be able to enter new markets and sell to other customers and thus allowing employees to
give their ideas on how to implement this strategy (Grant, 2013).
