Introduction
Building a cohesive workforce that incorporates employees from various cultural
backgrounds is the best thing that could ever happen to any organization; this is crucial
promoting harmony and avoiding cultural blunders. Diversity fosters awareness, encourage
creativity and make everyone feel appreciated. The inclusion of people from various
backgrounds provides massive advantages that assist any corporate organization to remain
relevant and responsive to customer needs (Shore, et al., 2011). Any company’s corporate
culture sets the precedence to values and expectations among all stakeholders. This paper
analyses and compare how Microsoft Corporation and Google Inc. promotes cultural diversity
