Calculate the bond length (in picometers) of a chemical bond between bromine and strontium.

Bromine—atomic radius: 119 pm; covalent radius: 114 pm; ionic radius: 182 pm.

Strontium—atomic radius: 215 pm; covalent radius: 191 pm; ionic radius: 132 pm.

Strontium and Bromine form ion band. 

So the bond length would be the addition of their ionic radius.

So 182+132=314 pm

Therefore the chemical bond length of Br and Sr is 314 pm.
