The age of European expansion signaled the migration of Europeans to areas, which were
undocumented historically. The Europeans in the form of explorers, navigators, missionaries,
colonizers and merchants defined this expansion age through their migration to lands of the
unknown. Areas such America and Australia in spite of having inhabitants with diverse culture
in the form of Native Americans and the Australian Aborigines, these areas had no documented
history. The inhabitants merely survived with a minimal role on the global history.
Firstly, the humans in Australia and America played no role in world history before the
arrival of the Europeans because these people lacked the necessary tools to document their
history. According to Forber (2010), the existing world history today attributes to the
documentation process by the people who had the knowledge to write, read and document the
information about their livelihoods. The people such as the Native Americans and Aboriginals
did not have the skills to document, write and read. As a result, it was impossible to document
their history, which could be incorporated into the world history. The arrival of the Europeans
signaled the arrival of writing, reading, and documentation of history. The documentation of the
history of these natives was only after the arrival of Europeans who brought with them the skills
