2000 percent 0

2005 Percent 14

2008 percent 5

2009 percent -10

Average rate for 2000-2005 = (14-0)/(2005-2000) =14/5 = 2.8%

Average rate for 2005-2008 = (5-14)/(2008-2005) =-9/3 =  -3%

Average rate for 2008-2009 = (-10-5)/(2009-2008) =-15/1 = -15%

Over the years, there is depletion of emplyees. In 2000-2005 there is hiring phase. Later there is firing phase
