Perform management refers to activities of an organization which ensures goals are met in an
effective and efficient conduct. Performance management looks forward to the performance of
an organization, a department, or even on producing products and process of services.
Performance management has separated management wherein one, the performance of the
company is analyzed, and evaluated effectively in order to meet the set targets. Again the
performance of employees should be managed, by this the management should include planning
works, providing feedback and lastly, employees who perform well are rewarded. In the
management, communication lines should be clear regarding what’s expected in future. (Kloot,
& Martin, 2000).
There are issues discussed in the performance which has effect on the management. These issues
include ethical breaches where most employees lie, withholding information, coming to job late
