organization depending on how it used.
In law, power is the instrument used in vesting or transferring legal

Power and leadership
Power is the influence potential while leadership is a try to influence.
This means that leading is an act of leveraging or exercising power.
The great deal of power with people in an organization usually comes
from the particular titles or jobs people hold in the organization.
Most leaders have the ability to influence because of the power
associated with the positions they hold.
This type of power remain in the position and are usually available to
any leader who holds the position.
True leaders should have the ability to influence the other people and
they modify behavior through the legitimate and the referent power.
Sources of power
Power comes from different sources which have different impacts on the
goals of that power.
