The Advantages and Disadvantages of Eating Clean
Introduction
The surrounding environment, culture, tradition, and religion determines an individual
eating behavior. Different countries are known for their cultural foods and characteristics or daily
activities ranging from particular food types to behavior and even their physical and mental
health. That is to say that the surrounding can affect people's way of behavior and perception
towards some contexts. The conditions in an individual life highly impact the ability to stay
healthy, including maintaining a healthy weight. Although many policies and nutrition support
programs and opportunities to help people improve their health and physical activeness, America
still faces a significant challenge to avoid food disorders completely. Many articles have

information exists to explain the limitations or disadvantages of not eating clean or relatively

2020). Various factors have impacted how these eating disorders increase, including gender, age,

race, and demographic position. Different locations record victims' variations in the US, with
Mississippi being the top among them, recording a 40.8% adult obesity rate in America (Rhea &
Brianna, 2020). People in poverty-dense environments or regions in America are more prone to
Obesity than those from wealthy areas.
It has been argued that eating clean or healthy is expensive and requires strict guidelines
to adhere to. This is because eating clean requires various food types taken within a minimum
time and with a sizable amount. Fresh fruits or vegetables are expensive to buy and get, which
leaves vulnerable groups adversely affected. Also, healthy eating without physical exercise leads
to eating disorders that can negatively impact an individual's lifestyle, including being
overweight. Also, the paper will look at emotional and mental conditions associated with eating
