Reaction :  N2  +       3H2          ---> 2NH3

c. How many moles of nitrogen gas are needed to react with to react with 7.50 moles

of hydrogen?

mol of N2 = ( 1 mol N2 / 3 mol H2) * 7.50 mol H2 = 22.5 mol  H2 (answer) 

d. How many moles of ammonia would you get if 4.50 moles of hydrogen gas

reacted?

mols of NH3 = (2 mol NH3 /3 mol H2) * 4.50 mol H2 = 1.5 mol NH3 (answer)

e. How many moles of nitrogen gas are needed in order to produce 5.00 moles of NH3? 

mol of N2 = ( 1 mol N2 /2 mol NH3) * 5.00 mol NH3 = 2.5 mol N2 (answer)
