Running Head: FILMS ANALYSIS
Compare the Scores for the Films in Cold Blood and the Magnificent Seven
In Cold Blood is a film with violence episodes acted by different characters. For
example, Perry being brought up from violent family makes her inherit the same violence
from his childhood. It is ironical that the Clutter family who is the friends have acquired good
moral values and are staunch Christians. It is a situation demonstrating how the two
characters exist indifferently regarding their growth and morals of the family. Capote and
Brooks are the people with the personal skills of the capacity of murdering. This gives the
advantage to fight others executing murder to their opponent.
In the Magnificent Seven have characters like Antoine who act as soulless to show the
act of morality in the society. Sturges and Kurosawa possess the talent that makes them
convince the audience during the shooting for legacy purposes. Fuqua and Sarsgaard are
demonstrated as the true evils. It is the motive to be the murderers. Hence, the two films are
making more effort to spread their decayed morals of destroying lives through a shout out.
Clutter takes the dedication of fearing God while his friend Perry Smith was brought
up in a decayed noble family that did not provide the guidance about developing good morals
to the family. It seems an awkward situation since Perry can never use the social learning
method from his friends to change...
