I don’t know how to handle this Management question and need guidance.

Goals of internal promotion.
1. Internal promotion boost's employees morale. Employees develop a positive attitude towards their
work. Internal promotion will attract application from within, this is fostered through the promotion of
their own. Existing employees will be attracted to the job advertisement placed by their employer.
2. Internal promotion saves on the existing skill set. Instead of a firm hiring skills from outside, it will in
turn promote the interested and qualified employees within the firm. This saves on training expenses
and time to be spend.
3. Internal promotion also helps to improve the firm's productivity rate. Existing employees will take
