individuals are more prone to fall victim to human trafficking. In many instances, foreign
nationals are paid significant amounts of money to recruit laborers who will be exported as labor
(Buckley 117).The traffickers manipulate these individuals using such methods as confiscating
their visas, and they take advantage of the fact that the victims are not familiar with their new
environments. The fact that these victims cannot understand the language in these unfamiliar
languages, as well as the culture shock makes the issue more complicated. Those who fall victim
to labor trafficking will often find it difficult to find assistance in their predicaments. In the USA,
the recruitment process of trafficked labor includes fraud as well as false promises by the
recruiters.
Furthermore, the recruiters misinform possible victims concerning the wages they may
earn as well as the associated fees, living conditions, and the benefits that they would allegedly
earn. A large number of victims are coerced into paying certain amounts of fees that are
