Introduction
The Organization that I have chosen is the daycare that I run as the owner. The paper will
give the detailed analysis of the daycares culture, its internal organizational performance,
communication, and structure and employees general behavior within the organization. The
institution has been doing well and it is well known for its ability to retain its employees, making
them happy and satisfied and also provision of all kinds of benefits.

Type of culture
Culture is considered as the cultivated behavior that tends to be socially transmitted. It
usually involves the accumulation of beliefs, faith, knowledge, values, attitudes, relations,
encounters, roles, the universe concepts, objects and the material possessions obtained by a team
of individuals with a method of life that is there throughout the entire generation. All individuals
within a group accept this way of life, without considering if it has actually passed from a
generation to another either through imitation or communication. It is consequently regarded as a
group’s traditional value and idea, which is followed and attached by all generations (Miner,
2015).
As the daycare owner, I am usually an ideal employer, because I always make sure that
all my loyal employees are satisfied. I operate the institution as a salad bowl because I strongly
believe in culture diversification and equality amongst people and the culture they come from. I

usually treat all my employees equal in benefit terms and based on perks that give to my
employees.
The working environment is usually very informal and friendly. I haven’t allocated the
actual office space according to rank; because I believe that all my employees have equal
excelling opportunities and similar facilities they can benefit from. I have made sure that the
institution's flat hierarchy easily allows discussion and communication, which in either way
easily involves employees in make decision, in either one way or ever another. I have noticed
that my employees are very satisfied with their jobs, and mostly employees’ turnover rate turns
out to be very low.
Considering that it is usually very difficult maintaining the salad bowl culture along
keeping everyone satisfied, I have successfully been doing so and this has attracted more parents
to the daycare. I have seen that the institution is working very well and I claim credit to its
success to my employees and indirectly the institution culture with the stronger values that I have
embedded in it. I inculcate value to the employees working here with their loyalty, determination
