Both the IT and HR professionals speak differently where the HR is mostly concerned
about career and process advancement in an organization while the IT professionals focus on
computers and also software development. Conversely, when it comes to powering business
development and innovation, none of the rapport is more important than the other between them.
And with most organizations supposing to engage investments in the HR technology this, it as
well necessary to cultivate a harmonious connection between the two fields. If this is to happen,
then HR have to understand the IT strategies. There will be a need to realize that technology has
drastically changed the model and strategies on how companies operate, through expansion and
