I am writing in regards to the issue of sexual harassment that have been rampant in the
organization today. Sexual harassment refers to the unwelcomed sexual advances, which could
be anticipated to make the other party (victim) feel humiliated, offended or intimidated. It’s
basically unwelcomed sexual advances, a physical or verbal conduct of a sexual nature and/or
requests for sexual favors. Both women and men are victims of sexual harassment and the
perpetrators are often their colleagues, supervisors, and/or managers and other organizational
leaders. Sexual harassment is an example of sex discrimination and violated Title VII of the Civil
