grinding wheels

I have a 95explorer 4x4 .new rotors and pads and good calipers it grinds a lot when I brake and a little while driving. Do i have a bearing problem?

Sounds like it could definitely be your wheel bearings. Here's the best way to confirm that so you know for sure. If you don't feel comfortable trying this, check with you local mechanic. It should be easy enough to "diagnose"

"Support the car on jack stands. Never use just a jack to support a vehicle.

Grab the wheel at 12:00 and at 6:00

Push in on the wheel at the 12:00 position while you pull out on the 6:00 position.

Shake the wheel like this few times in rapid succession.

Any play or slack you feel in the wheel is too much, and means the bearing is defective and must be replaced.
