Hoyt & Scherer (2008) opines that the rate at which juveniles were being arrested for
various crimes rose steadily between 1990 all the way to 2012. These delinquent criminal
offenders also include teenage girls who were also being recruited and being trained to join
criminal gangs. Chamberlain & Reid, 2010 argue that the induction of female delinquent
offenders could be caused by abuse at home that leads to psycho damaged female, young adults
who in the verge of filling the vacuum in their lives result to violent and non-violent criminal
acts. There was a myth that only male juveniles engage in crime, which assertion has been
