Running Head: Case Analysis

The Problem
In this scenario, fundamental matter is fear that is present. As the man is walking towards his car
his senses are heighted as it is in the corner of a parking lot, consequently he notices another man
formally dressed and walking strangely with pocketed hands. This observation amplified by fear
in him, he feels the man walking towards him has an intention causing him harm. But this is just
his assumption which could be wrong or right has he has no way of proving the carrying of any
arm or not. Maybe the person is a normal human being with his sense of style and feels
comfortable, but there are equal chances that the person is a criminal and wants to hurt him.
There are various reasons that are making the person think that the other person is coming to hurt
him off take his life, rob him, kidnap him or any other worse thing that he can. The primary
cause of fear in this man is the mode of dressing of the other person and his attitude toward him....
