No, i would not consider implementing BYOD concepts in a real organization. looking at the risk versus benefits. i would rather not implement it. here are some of the benefits versus risks expected:

Productivity:the thought behind BYOD is that workers can get to authoritative information whenever, anyplace, from their own particular individual gadget, which characteristically energizes expanded gainfulness

Convenience:rather than needing to bear two gadgets (the worker's own particular individual gadget and a firm possessed gadget) workers have the capacity utilize their own gadget to do both capacities.

Association Appeal:in such an aggressive business, its occasionally not just the pay bundle that matters, however the little livens and benefits that pull in the best ability and make them need to sit tight

Fetched Savings: Instead of the association paying for an extra gadget and an administration contract, they can move the expense to the client

lets look at some risks too:

1. Which programming would you say you are going to utilize?
2. Which assets would you say you are going to permit access to?
3. Will you isolate 'versatile access' information?
4. By what method will you convey 'versatile access' information?
5. Who does obligation fall with?
6. On the off chance that a gadget is lost, how would you guarantee the assurance of organization information on the gadget?
7. Which gadgets will you help?
8. Worker acknowledgement of information proprietorship and utilization strategy
9. It is safe to say that we are going to control which gadgets can interface with the system?

risks outweigh the benefits at a wide range.
