There are specific selection criteria that help in choosing a candidate for a job
opportunity. The job requirements dictate the basis upon which a person is selected for a job.

with appropriate experience get a job easily. Experience entails the number of years a person
has been working on the same job in another company or institution. Human resource
managers entirely go for experienced people over new entrants into the job market. Thirdly,
skills are fundamental in a recruitment exercise. They include things like communication
