edit question 1
This is what you have completed yesterday. For this question, please make another version of the answer. data are all the same, just make it differently from the original one you have written. Thanks!Question:You are tasked with developing a sample of 100 employees from a population of 400 employees. Approximately 60% of the employees are women and 40% of the women are racial/ethnic minorities. Approximately 33% of the male employees are racial/ethnic minorities. Discuss how you might develop a stratified fandom sample and tell me how many racial/ethnic minority females and how many racial/ethnic minority males will eventually be in your sample.Your answer: Stratified Random Sampling The stratified random sampling includes a sampling approach that allows the researcher to develop the entire population into strata and then selects the final participants randomly and proportionally to the strata. The non-overlapping strata allow the researcher to select participants who are representative of the entire population due to proportionality (Polit and Beck, 2017). Therefore, the key factor here is to maintain the proportionality of the entire sample to the population in selecting the number of representatives in each stratum. Here, the proportion of the employees to be sampled is 100 out of 400 which is a quarter. The first step in drawing this representation is coming up with a table where the number of employees in the different subgroups is presented. In the four matrix table, the gender would be represented in the columns (2 columns) and the racial identity in two rows. Therefore, the exact number of people in each subgroup would be identified in four classes. 60 percent of employees are women and that would be 240 women with 40% of this number being racial minorities. Two subgroups are identified here with the first of women who are racial minorities being made of 96 people and racial majority women being 144 in number. On the other hand, the men are 160 and 33% makes the third subgroup of racial minorities. This figure is 52 men. The fourth subgroup would be the racial majority men who are 108. With these subgroups in place, the samples can be drawn proportionally. The ratio of sample employees to the total number is 1out of 4. The same proportion is used for each subgroup. Among the women, the racial minorities are 96 and a quarter of this number is 24 employees. On the other hand, out of 52 racial minorities among the men, 13 are randomly selected. Primarily, the final stage is one of random selection in the respective subgroups and it allows stratified sampling under random techniques. From the example, the final number of racial minorities among women selected would be 24 while the racial minorities among men would be 13. Following the proportionality of the entire sample in selecting representatives of individual subgroups is the key concept in stratified random sampling.

GB580 Unit 4 Assignment
After completing FLIGBY, scenes 1-19, and the assigned readings, you will focus on ways to manage conflict in the workplace and to empower employees. Part of your challenge will be to recognize common difficulties you and other managers might have in delegating. What are the inner motivations that keep you and others from delegating work? What are the outcomes and challenges from under-delegating? How do these problems affect conflict resolution? This Assignment requires that you identify at least three employee conflict situations that you have observed in FLIGBY. Identify the players, and then speculate about each employees’ motivation(s) behind their position in the conflict. You will pick one of these conflicts, and outline a plan for negotiating through it to reach a resolution. Then, you will assign tasks/responsibilities to each party that reflect the outcome(s) of the negotiation. Explain how you believe this delegation will help solve the conflict. What challenges will your approach likely bring? How will you overcome those challenges? Here is the grading rubric.
