First you have to the coordinates of the points. Label them accordingly such as (2, 2) would be x1y1 and (3,3) would be x2y2

Then you use them to find slope

The equation for slope is y2-y1/x2-x1

Once you find slope, you can put into slope intercept form y=mx+b m in this case is the slope

all you have left is B which would be your y which in this case would be 2

in the case of my example it would be:

y=1x+2
