The essay has a great flow grammatically as well as a good flow of sentences and transition
of paragraphs. The strong points of the essay include the use of concrete language in the flow of
the essay which eliminates the vague language. The grammar is consistent with no change in the
tense which forms the great parallel construction of sentences. The word order in the sentences is
correct with complete phrases as well as clauses which are used in the essay (Evans, 2015).
The language which is used throughout the essay is not contradicting in different aspects
of the essay. There is a good use of conjunctions, spelling, and punctuations involved in the essay.
The adjectives are well separated by the use of commas and sentences well terminated using full
stops (Halliday et al., 2014). There are no spelling mistakes in the essay with proper language from
the dictionary being involved in the writing of the essay. The common spelling mistakes have been
reanalyzed and corrected to perfection where essential in the essay.
The points which need corrections include the use of more content on the topic which can
help the essay readers grasp the content which is at hand. The topic is broad with different
perceptions being brought forward by different individuals hence the perception of the perfect job
will vary from a person to another according to their likes, character, and personalities.
