As the project manager for International Logistics Services’ (ILS) new logistics services in your selected country, you have previously completed a project charter and elements of a project management plan (PMP). In this final assignment for the project management portion of this course, you will develop a complete PMP using your work from the prior two weeks and new work for Week 3.o complete the Final Project Management Plan, you may modify the previously submitted scope baseline, schedule baseline, and the project budget. Then, develop a final plan for submission to the director of logistics services (DLS), the country business development manager, the country human resources manager, and the project team.

Services (ILS) seeks to upgrade one of its facilities to help Walmart and other customers execute

meet the need of the objective.

Scope description
International Logistics Services organization deals with stock storage and customer
delivery world-widely. It purposes to develop a new operational facility to maintain the
company's reputation and financial needs. Nevertheless, it focuses on achieving it in a year. The
company desires to work with Walmart as an expansion strategy. Objectives of the firm include:

Deliverables
The essential project deliverables include the project plan, purchase of equipment,

maintenance that comes with using the gadgets.

warehouse and specifically how best to arrange the inventory that comes in the

Financial Officer (Logistics Service Improvement Project) and the Executive Vice President for
Global Operations. Nonetheless, the venture won't include offering new clients as that is one

Project Limitation and Boundaries
The project contains some limitations, such as the workers in the facility were not taught
formal learning, and thus comprehending the safety protocols was a problem. In addition, since
the employees were not trained, it brought about delays for the project team and the manager.
