Description
Getting to know yourself is an important part of being an effective early childhood professional. For your written assignment, you will focus on mapping your temperament and a temperament of someone you know. After your mapping work, you will interpret how to make good choice in your interactions with the person whose temperament you mapped as well as make decisions regarding how to best advocate for your own needs based on your temperament.
Assignment Requirements
- Complete this temperament tool graphing your temperament and the temperament of someone you know (sibling, spouse, friend, child,). You should use one tool and indicate the two different temperaments by using colors, initials, or some other marking of your choice.
- Once you have completed the temperament graphing, in a 2 page paper you will submit:
- A paragraph describing your temperament, a paragraph describing the temperament of the person you chose to map, and a paragraph highlighting the similarities and differences in the two temperaments.
- A paragraph that describes how you can make good choices in your interactions with the person you chose to map. In other words, based on what you learned about this person's temperament how should you best approach situations? Give examples.
- A paragraph that describes how others should approach situations with you based on your temperament. How can you advocate for these needs? In other words, give an example of how you can help others to give you support in certain situations based on your temperament.

PAD 525: Constitutional and Administrative Law
Please respond to both questions below;"Power Rules." Please respond to the following: Agency power combines the executive and legislative powers with respect to rule making and the legislative and judicial powers with respect to adjudication. Pick two agencies and compare and contrast the power each agency has in enforcing the regulations they are asked to uphold. Discuss why it is challenging for some agencies to enforce regulations and why it may be easy for other agencies to enforce regulations. Evaluate Bring v. North Carolina State Bar. Apply the court’s ruling on delegation to another situation of your choice to determine at what point delegation should stop."Judicial Review." Please respond to the following: It has been stated, “Judicial review is concerned, not with the decision, but with the decision-making process.” Take a position on whether it should or should not be true. Support your position with examples or evidence. Imagine a Libertarian is voted into the White House at the next presidential election. Speculate what this could do for any agency’s judicial review process.
