INTRODUCTION
In weirs or other structures, the discharge coefficient which is also termed as coefficient
of discharge) is evaluated as the ratio actual discharge divided to theoretical discharge. In this
case, the coefficient of discharge is calculated as ratio of average mass drift rate at the nozzle end
to that of model nozzle which is said to expand an indistinguishable working fluid when
subjected to same initial conditions. Our experiment was as shown below:

on nature of flow of given fluid. The following formula is used when determining coefficient of
discharge;
