Training of the employees is an essential program put in by the organization to improve
the knowledge and the skills of employees in certain fields that will also improve their
performance in their tasks. There are changes that occur in every field and the employees should
be equipped with the knowledge of them to ensure that their jobs remain effective and relevant.
Training and the employee development process
This helps the organization to keep the right people for their tasks and helps in the growth
of the organization. Organizations have now opted to train their existent employees to what they
want them to be rather than employing new ones. Acquiring new talented employees is very
costly for the organization therefore it is easier to retain the current ones by training them to
acquire new skills and talents.
Training is for the good of the organization. Research shows that most organizations
avoid training their employees because they fear it will be costly. Well the importance of training
is linked directly to the organization. When the employees’ performance is remarkable, it leads to
the growth of the employees, at some point the organization might lose these employees but
chances are the organization will benefit a lot from them.
Training is not done for the sake of training. It is not a routine that has to be fulfilled by
the organization. It is a strategic plan by the organization to impacts some skills on the
organization that are either new or they need t be upgraded. It the training if done just for the
sake, the organization will waste its resources because the skills will not be effective.



Accomplish impact: analytical view of training
This is first done by reviewing the needs of the organization. The Human Resource
Management first establishes the needs of the organization either through changes, upgrading or
introducing new factors in different factors. After that then the organization will have a reason t
training their employees. After the organization has established its needs, it then analyses the
tasks and jobs in the organization to have the knowledge of which job or tasks will fulfill its
needs. There are jobs that fit certain needs and some do not, for effectively of the training
process, the organization will therefore have to put the factor into consideration.
Then the organization does analysis of the employees. The Human Resource
Management establishes whether the employee will fit the task that will fulfill the needs of the
organization. If they do then training will be considered. This is done by looking at several
factors of the employee like their availability for the tasks and their knowledge and skills. After
that a comparison id done on the importance of the training as opposed to before the training is
Human Resource Management identifies the target of the training before executing the
plan. This is done by establishing the objectives that the training will accomplish. Each objective
