Just like any other sport, volleyball has several intensive plans and the pre match drills. Indeed,

Therefore, before playing the sport, intense training is fundamental. Indeed, it helps work on

Activities: Warm up.


Warming up is indispensable before real working out. I had the players engage in

breathtaking warm up to stimulate their reflexes. This strong warm up will acclimatize their
bodies to the task ahead since the session was going to demanding, warm is supposed to be
