Why it’s poorly written
The Job description is not well planned and ideas are mixed up. Therefore, an
individual reading through it is likely to get bored because it lacks enthusiasm. In addition,
the job description is not challenging in terms of requirements and therefore, most applicants
who love jobs which challenge their view on careers are likely not to apply. The Job
description also lacks a clear overview of what the candidate will be required to do once the
job is offered to them. In addition, it does not strictly utilize present tense verbs and rather
uses a mix of both past and present. The necessary explanatory phrases of where, how, when
and why have also not been utilized and therefore most of the responsibilities lack clarity and
context.
