Unemployment Insurance provides compensation to employees who lose their job through no fault of their own. It is different in every state and is mandated at the state level. The first step is to register the business with the state’s workforce agency and that is where you’ll learn what the state requirement is.
To access Google Scholar:
- Go to http://scholar.google.com/
- Click on Case law.
- Type in your topic.
- Click on the search button.
