and suppliers scattered locally or globally. Identifying a bottleneck in any part of the chain is
mostly impossible without a complete supply chain analysis (Kuroiwa, 2021). The failure to
identify the source and cause of a problem in the supply chain can easily result in a business
failing to achieve its sales and growth targets. Supply chain analysis involves evaluating every
supply chain phase beginning from raw material acquisition to delivering final products to
consumers. The process aims to establish the part of the supply chain that needs improvement.
An example of the improvement can be shortening the process to deliver products to customers
more efficiently and quickly. Supply chain analysis is based on the philosophy that a business
can grow faster if more flexible. Business managers can analyze their supply chains to identify
processes or suppliers targeted to reduce inventory, improve forecast, or reschedule programs
