Without the specifics of what your course actually entailed, this is tricky. The best way to answer this is yes or no, for the first questions, what you really did like best about it (honestly), and your suggestions should describe some basic criticism of what elements perhaps confused you a bit, or things that you felt were not relevant to the teaching material. Sometimes it is the teacher: did he/she stay on topic during the class, did this person go off on tangents or stick to the material? Was their interaction? Or just droning lectures? The best person to answer this is you, since you actually experienced the class. Your best bet in answering any of these questions is to be honest, friendly and diplomatic if your response must lean towards the "negative" side. It reflects well upon you as a student and is not divisive.
