Introduction
Innovation is the use of newly developed ideas in the organization for the better development
and running of the organization. Innovation is mostly realized when there is high competition in
the market or the desire for better product development in the organization. The innovation of the
organization is the best applicable when the organization aligns the targets of innovation with the
goals and targets set by the organization. The mission and vision statements of any organization
should always be set by the employees and the managers of the organization to make the
organization more competitive in the market.
Proposed New Product
The new product I can propose for the HVAC is a dual furnace machine that is three installation
in one where when a customer's purchases the package they are given the three installation
phases allowing them to install one in their offices, one in their houses and another one in their
vehicles. Many of the car's AC has been rated as harmful by many customers making them afraid
to use them even in extreme conditions. This product will enable them to be used by the people
in their homes, cars and even offices. These machines should work the same way as the
ForeFront Platinum TAM8 that should be comfortable in both heating and cooling the climate in
the houses, cars or offices. This product has the interest of the customers at heart when it is made
a triple installation for effective and convenient use by the users. The products work separately
and should be remotely controlled and can be installed in any corner of the room and car. The
product that I have suggested should be friendly to the health of the customers and should also
operate silently for avoid noise pollution and discomfort on the part of the customers.
