The most pressing human capital priority facing organizations today is the ongoing
culture of workforce talent cultivation that is capable of meeting the organizational objectives of
both today and tomorrow. In order for organizations to remain highly competitive regardless of
the forces of business environment, organizations must develop strategies for transforming its
workforce abilities capable of meeting the demands of the market today. Organizations are
slowly moving away from the culture of simply investing on their human capital but rather
developing and transforming the innate abilities and skills of its employees. Organizational
managers are thus tasked with the responsibilities of identifying the coaching and training needs
for their employees so as to enhance their individual capacity and level of productivity (Wright
& McMahan, 2011). As the traditional command and control strategies slowly gives way to flat
organizational structures, unlocking the individual potential and capacity of employees at every
level becomes a priority and a critical factor for organizations to achieve and sustain
