1.  (x+9)^2 + (y+1)^2 = 64

2.   r^2 = 4^2+9^2 = 16 + 81 = 97

therefore equation of circle is x^2 + y^2 = 97

3.  center is midpoint of diameter

Mx = -1+5 / 2 = 2

My = 2-4 / 2 = -1

center at (2,-1)

r^2 = (5-2)^2 + (-4+1)^2 = 9+9 = 18

so, equation of circle is (x-2)^2 + (y+1)^2 = 18
