1.  first get slope of line:  2y = -x + 6,  y = -1/2x + 3,  so slope = -1/2

Now use the point/slope formula

y -(-4) = -1/2(x - 1)

y+4 = -1/2x+1/2

y = -1/2x - 7/2

2.  5y = -2x - 7

y = -2/5x - 7/5     so the slope is -2/5

the negative reciprocal of -2/5 is 5/2

y+2 = 5/2(x+1)

y+2 = 5/2x+5/2

y = 5/2x+1/2

3. slope = 1-5 / -3-1 = -4/-4 = -1

y-7 = -1(x-0)

y = -x+7
