label sic 25 mL flask 1-6. pipet 5.00 mL of 0.200 M Fe(NO3)3 solution into each flask. then pipet 0.50, 1.0, 1.50, 2.00, 2.50 mL of 2.00 x 10^-3 M NaSCN soon into flasks 2-6. add sufficient 0.10 M nitric acid to each flask to make total volume 25 mL. Calc initial concentration of SCN^- ion in each flask

Initial concentration SCN will be the volume converted into L multiplied by the concentration.

Ex. 0.50 mL x 1 L/ 1000 mL x 2e-3 mol/L = 1.0e-6 mol SCN

Total volume in the flask will be 25 mL so divide by this.  This will be the initial concentration and can be done for the other volumes added. 

1.0e-6 mol / 25 ml * 1000 ml/L = 4e-5 M SCN
