last century. Liberty tabletops offers a variety of patterns that are designed to satisfy various
diversity needs among the consumers. The reason behind the success of the brand in the USA is
the availability of raw materials and the skilled craftsmen in the country. Additionally, the
company recognizes the employees as its most valuable assets the liberty Tabletops brand has a
few big customers in the US-most notably, the states military.
To run profitability, the company has considered taking a globalization approach by
