Education policy can be defined as the specific steps the government of a particular
country has, is or will take in order to streamline the education system as well as formulating
laws that govern this system in the most effective and appropriate way. These can also be known
as the educational reforms since such policies are put in place so as to help in the various
educational departments and enhance efficiency. Student financial aid has been a key policy
formulated in mot governments so as to help the needy students pursue their education in
favorable ways. Most countries have implemented this policy into their systems as a way of
giving back to the society which serves as a great help to all students who wish to learn.
In the US, this policy section is handled by the Federal Student Aid under the Department
of Education, where this body prides in being the largest provider of a student in the country
where they offer loans and grants to the students so as to help them pursue their education.
