In the times of 1960s, African American substantial gains in asserting their freedoms
and rights. The civil right movements implement 10 amendments in order to protect the rights
of women, having a personal freedom for the individual, and also for limiting the power of
federalism against the government to an individual. During the reconstruction through this
movements, the African American got a position in the government on which they have the
rights to participate in politics, but their rights were limited. During this reconstruction, the
education system began in the Arkansas, the place where there were many African American
lived. In this time, The African American have enough opportunity to attain educations for their
family and neighbors. They were also capable of exercising their civil rights against the unlawful
