Introduction
Knowledge involves the identification of critical communication competence for the
purpose of participation in organizations involves problem-solving, decision-making, interviews,
presentations and the application of technology to communicate. According to Barker, and
Angelopulo, (2016), I once had the privilege to work for one of the biggest banks in the
American economy, JP Morgan & Chase Bank in the personal banking department. The
institution held many expectations from me and the bank, and I saw the bank’s commitment
through its communication and management system. The bank gave directives each quarter
defining the elements that required immediate adoption or the ones that needed immediate
eradication. And of course, many banking institutions looked up to the bank for its sterling
performance in the market.
One of our esteemed customers approached me with a pressing issue. The female had a
seventeen-year-old son attending a Boot Camp in the coming weeks and she wanted the boy
issued a credit card that would cater for his expenses apart from enabling him to call home
during emergencies. The previous banks she sought did not give her pleasing answers. The
standard condition for awarding one a credit card must have attained the age of eighteen.
