Description

Good morning Cess. I was hoping that you would be able to assist me with this week's assignment as it is a powerpoint presentation and you will need to read Chapter 3 pages 30-46 to be able to complete that slide. I have attached Chapters 3 and 5 as those were the chapters that we were required to read this week and I have also attached the Assignment Instructions. Also, for week 2 you did a powerpoint presentation for me and my instructor has some feedback back on why I did not receive full points for it and I have attached that as well so that you do not repeat the same things. Thank you so very much as you assistance is always and greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you :)

Content Completed presentation comparing the Universal Model of Leadership in Mastering Leadership to one other leadership model as directed. Met Partially Met Not Met x Included a graphic to compare and contrast those two models, noting similarities and differences. x I am glad that you attempted a graphic, however, it did not show a complete comparison/contrast as needed. The graph should highlight the key similarities and differences between the two models. x There was an opportunity to have more depth within your speaker notes, giving examples, etc. of the two models in real situations, how it relates to the business world, etc. x Keep in mind that these are the ‘notes’ to the presenter, therefore they should hold most of the information/data as they are what the speaker would reference. Going forward, make sure you have citations, support, data, etc. within your notes to help support your statements. Developed conclusions regarding the significance of those models in business and how might they apply. Included detailed speaker notes, supporting citations, and references. The completed presentation is 10 to 12 slides in length. Presentation Guidelines Comments: x Met Total Available Total Earned 4 3.1/4 Partially Met Not Met The presentation is laid out with effective use of headings, font styles, font sizes, and white space. x Comments: Keep working on the overall ‘look’ of the presentation. Having paragraphs of information on each slide would make it hard for an audience to follow. The font size needed to vary and leave white space on the page (again, less information per slide, leave that for the Presentation Guidelines Met Partially Met Not Met Comments: slide notes). Overall it needed a bit more ‘pizazz’ to make effective use of its presentation style. Intellectual property is recognized with in-text citations and a reference page. The presentation includes an introduction and conclusion that preview and review major points. x x Major points are stated clearly; are supported by specific details, examples, or analysis; and are organized logically. Rules of grammar and usage are followed including spelling and punctuation.
