Effective leadership in a firm is the driving factors that ensure that ethical culture and
ethical decision making gets exhibited in a company. Leadership refers to the process of
delegating roles to people with the aim of achieving a common goal. Leadership enables one
develop the vision, ideas, and engaging in acts designed to reach the vision of the leadership. A
leader requires using his or her position to influence other individuals to operate within the
principles they put to achieve the vision together as a group. Leaders use their charismatic
attitude it changes other people not only within the firm where they operate but also amongst
other people they interact to give the company a real name. Leaders ought to apply their
leadership to manage and deal with a problem that faces their businesses, alongside making their
businesses one of the best places to work on Earth.
Effective leadership
Effective leadership enables companies to create visions aligned within the organization’s
mission and vision statements. According to Meindl, and Schyns, (2015), the effective leadership
lets one make discern judgments on and motivate others toward the reaching the goals of the
company. It, therefore, remains fundamental that success of a firm depends on the leadership in
place. At the same time, it depends on the leader’s ability to relate well and control the activities
of the company. The company decisions must fully comply with ethical standards, which begin

during his time. Steve Jobs exhibited a unique leadership style, ethnic standards, and consistency
in the decision-making process, (Gill, 2013).
Steve Jobs present transformational leadership, when he predicts the future of Apple Inc.
through the significant amount of investments that he and his colleagues perform. Steve jobs
used transformational leadership to practice entrepreneurship within the company that led to the
development of sophisticated devices including the iPods, and Mac. Steve created a list of
opportunities, the creation of visions, and trends within the firm. Steve developed unique
manners the enabled him to maneuver the followers to embrace the changes that he intended
practiced within the organization. He ensured that his followers took the processes entirely
seriously. The workers instead acquired the leadership skills, autonomously generating decisions
within their levels of operation. The firm, in turn became properly managed, and the creation of
challenged and rewarded workers.
According to Meindl, and Schyns, (2015), innovative ideas are the primary game plan
behind each transformational leader. For instance, Steve Jobs took numerous risks most of which
resulted in the creation of inventions, some of which get embraced till now. Transformational
leaders engage in risky behaviors that consume the resource of the company, but the outcomes
get fruitful when the deals get accomplished to success. Steve Jobs is one such transformational
leader who, through his charisma influenced workers to perform duties based on his

Steve jobs did not require the contribution of his employees, whether there existed a

relevance of autocratic leadership gets important when it comes to dealing with large enterprises,
